Life coaches are not licensed therapists. I cannot provide clinical diagnosis for mental health conditions. Anyone with concern regarding mental health should seek a healthcare professional. That said, I am more than happy to work with people from many walks of life including those with neurodiversities or mental health conditions, provided there is an understanding that coaching and wellness sessions are not a replacement for medical or therapeutic intervention.
Not at this time and not at first. I recommend booking an “Onboarding Session” to discuss potential immersive options they may have certain benefits you are seeking that standard remote sessions fall short.
